What is the purpose of this club?

To help you achieve your health, wealth and relationship goals using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/”tapping”) & other strategies. We will cover a different topic each week, chosen by you! Possible topics include, but are not limited to: Dealing with stress & feeling overwhelmed, recovering from loss, overcoming rejection, overcoming the fear of change, conquering phobias, recovering from pain, and weight loss.

On June 4th, we’ll be working on enhancing our self-esteem and confidence.

Details about the weekly meetup (we will not meet Memorial day) can be found here.
